The necessary information of the mold to beproduced is obtained from the customer.After the product approval is received from the customer, the design process of the project begins.

The project team examines all the information from the customer. Flow, filling and temperature analyzes are made with engineering programs.

Mold parts are examined and mold design is prepared in 3D-CAD environment.Manufacturing journey is started for mold production.

Measurement checks of the mold parts are done in CMM measuring device and mold collection process is started.Subsequently,printing tests are carried out.

Molds are tested in our injection machines between 180 tons and 850 tons, The test is consulted and delivered with the customer
